1940s bungalow near the Old Northeast historic district — the executor called us two weeks after her father's passing. We walked the house room by room, flagged three boxes of paperwork and one wooden jewelry box for the family to review before anything moved. Donated furniture went to the St. Vincent de Paul CARES center. All non-donations were routed to the Pinellas County Solid Waste facility. House was broom-clean by end of day two, ready for the realtor's photos on Monday.

The tub had been out of commission for 3 years and was tucked into a Trex deck — no way to lift it out whole. Owner had already killed the breaker. We drained to the yard, cut into six manageable sections with reciprocating saws (no damage to the surrounding decking), and hauled it out through the side gate in one truckload. Deck boards where the tub sat were exactly where the owner left them.
