JunkAway has a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to terminate any user's account or access to our platform at our sole discretion upon receiving multiple valid DMCA notices relating to that user.

All content on the JunkAway platform — including but not limited to the JunkAway™ name, logo, source code, design, text, graphics, photographs, and user interface — is the exclusive property of JunkAway Technologies, Inc. and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or creation of derivative works from any JunkAway content is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal penalties.
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(2), online service providers must register a designated copyright agent with the U.S. Copyright Office to qualify for safe-harbor protection from copyright infringement liability. JunkAway Technologies, Inc. maintains an active registration with the Copyright Office's Designated Agent Directory.
Action Required — Renew Every 3 Years
DMCA agent registrations expire every 3 years and must be renewed through the U.S. Copyright Office's online portal (approximately $6 USD per renewal). Failure to renew results in loss of safe-harbor protection under the DMCA, exposing JunkAway to direct copyright infringement liability.
To register or renew, visit the U.S. Copyright Office DMCA Designated Agent Directory, log in with a Copyright Office account, and complete the online form. The registration is public record and confirms JunkAway's eligibility for DMCA safe-harbor protections under 17 U.S.C. § 512.
