Ownership & Proprietary Rights

The JunkAway platform, including all software, source code, algorithms, database schemas, API contracts, user interface designs, graphics, logos, trade dress, and documentation (collectively, the "Platform"), is the exclusive intellectual property of JunkAway Technologies, Inc.and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

Trademarks

The following marks are trademarks or registered trademarks of JunkAway Technologies, Inc. in the United States and other jurisdictions:

Kevin™— Proprietary AI support assistant — JunkAway's integrated conversational AI

Unauthorized use of any JunkAway trademark, including use in domain names, social media handles, advertising, or product names, is strictly prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement and unfair competition under applicable law.

Kevin™ — Proprietary AI Technology

Kevin™ is a proprietary AI-powered support assistant developed exclusively by JunkAway Technologies, Inc. Kevin is an original work of authorship protected by copyright law and constitutes a trade secret of JunkAway Technologies, Inc. under the Defend Trade Secrets Act (DTSA), 18 U.S.C. § 1836 et seq.

Kevin's system architecture, persona design, conversational logic, platform context injection methodology, escalation workflows, and all associated training data, prompts, and fine-tuning materials are the exclusive intellectual property of JunkAway Technologies, Inc. The name "Kevin" as applied to an AI support assistant in the junk removal and on-demand services industry is a trademark of JunkAway Technologies, Inc.

Any attempt to replicate, reverse-engineer, reproduce, or create a derivative work based on Kevin's design, behavior, or conversational patterns — including by observing its outputs — is expressly prohibited and constitutes both copyright infringement and misappropriation of trade secrets.

Prohibited Uses

Without the express prior written consent of JunkAway Technologies, Inc., you may not:

01.Copy, reproduce, or create derivative works of any part of the Platform.
02.Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, algorithms, or trade secrets of the Platform.
03.Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform by automated means.
04.Use any JunkAway trademark, logo, or trade dress in any manner that is likely to cause confusion, or that disparages or discredits JunkAway.
05.Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application.
06.Use the Platform or any portion thereof to develop, train, or improve any competing product or service.
07.Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notice embedded in or displayed on the Platform.
08.Sell, license, sublicense, rent, or otherwise transfer access to the Platform to any third party.

DMCA & Copyright Infringement Claims

JunkAway Technologies, Inc. respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512. If you believe that content available through the JunkAway platform infringes your copyright, please submit a written DMCA takedown notice containing the following information to our designated agent:

01.A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
02.Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
03.Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with sufficient detail to locate it on the Platform.
04.Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, and email address).
05.A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
06.A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

Counter-notifications and repeat infringer policies are handled in accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(g) and § 512(i). Submitting a false DMCA notice may result in liability for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).

Third-Party Open-Source Components

The JunkAway Platform incorporates certain open-source software components. Each such component is subject to its own license terms (including MIT, Apache 2.0, and ISC licenses), which are available in the respective component's source repository. JunkAway's proprietary copyright notice does not apply to those third-party components.

Notable open-source components used in this Platform include React (MIT), Express (MIT), Tailwind CSS (MIT), Drizzle ORM (Apache 2.0), tRPC (MIT), and Stripe SDK (MIT). Full attribution is available in the project's package.json and dependency manifests.

JunkAway's use of these components complies with their respective license terms. Nothing in this Copyright Notice limits or restricts the rights granted to you under the applicable open-source licenses for those specific components.

Enforcement

JunkAway Technologies, Inc. actively monitors for unauthorized use of its intellectual property and will pursue all available legal remedies, including injunctive relief, monetary damages, and attorney's fees, against any person or entity that infringes its intellectual property rights.
